Display Chnage border color crash

When I select Display, Adjust the color of glass window borders, it crashes explorer.exe. This is on Vista 32bit, Business and Ultimate (tried it on 3 different systems with the same result). It never shows a subsequent dialog, clicking the link causes the crash. If I select it again after the crash recovers, it becomes a dead link.

Hmm. That's a curious one! It's not crashing here, but I'll see if we can rustle up a computer that it does have problems on, and take a look at why that's happening. Thanks for the note!

Wow. That's a funky one. It suggests that you either don't have a video controller or don't have a monitor. Either of those seems unlikely. What happens if you click Continue? Can you get to the Display section, and if so, what does it look like?

If I hit continue, if I choose a category I just see the main page with a different title.

The latest update still gives the service error, but the program doesnt cease working.
